Who processes the data
The non-profit partnership Transport Union of the North-West, registered at 199178, Saint Petersburg, Maly prospekt V.O., 54, building 4, office 208.
What we collect
Only what you enter into a form on this site yourself: name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the text of your message. Together with the message we record the date of your consent and the IP address the message was sent from — this is needed to protect the forms from automated abuse.
Why we collect it
Solely to handle your enquiry: to reply to you, to consider a membership application, or to send the event newsletter if you subscribed to it. We do not use the data for advertising and we do not pass it to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are being handled and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. You may ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to the Union’s email address.
Cookies and statistics
The site sets only the cookies that WordPress itself needs in order to work. There are no third-party tracking or advertising scripts on the site.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to the Union’s email address and we will reply within the period set by law.
