The work of the Union is divided into seven areas. Each has a specialist head, and every item of content — news, documents, events — is tagged with its area, so the whole picture for any one of them can be seen at once.
An area is not simply a mode of transport. It is a set of problems: its own body of regulation, its own bottlenecks in the infrastructure, its own participants and its own counterparts in government.
