Its main question was legislative support for the competitiveness of transport companies and organisations following Russia\u2019s accession to the WTO and the Common Economic Space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The congress heard a report by E. S. Moskvichev, chairman of the State Duma transport committee, on the committee\u2019s legislative work, and a report by A. P.
